Planning has just been granted for this Retrofit & Extension of a single storey villa style property in Rural Suffolk. 

The clients had a very clear brief from the outset which made the process collaborative from the initial meeting, as we kept pulling the scheme back to align with their design aspirations. 

A single storey wrap around extension continues as a colonnade creating a courtyard at the heart of the home. 

A roof pavilion sits lightly on a brick base, affording views out across an ample garden populated by a large variety of mature trees

Currently at detailed design stage, breaking ground later in 2024.
